How to kill polen

If somebody can help I hawe read that wather kils polen

But I will like to know can i polenate female
and put it back with non polenate females
and to be shure that some polen will not pas on the other females.

Is there some good metod for killin polen. so i can be shure my girls
Dont get pregnant from polenated female.........

just take the desired fem out of the flowering room , pollinate some branches , wait for 15 min and then spray the plant with water to avoid the pollen on it to get airborne ..
put it back to the others ..

What I do is take the girl to be pollenated out of the room; I also turn of all ventilation off to the flower room. I usually collect the pollen in a ziplock if I am immediately using it. I use one of my wife's smaller makeup brushes or a small paint brush to lightly brush a small (a little goes a loooong way) amount of pollen on the bud I am pollenating. Then I cover the bud with a plastic baggie and close the bottom off with a twist tie. Next the whole plant and the floor around it get drenched with water from a spray bottle to prevent any viable pollen from spreading to the rest of the plant or in my flower room. Then she gets put back in and all fans get turned back on. I will usually do this just before lights out so I can spray the whole flower room with water also. I usually leave the baggie on for 24 hours then off it comes after turning all fans and exhaust off. This seems to be enough time for the bud to get pollenated, then I spray the bud with water to kill any stray pollen from the baggie or leaves.

Hope this helps you, I usually get between 50 - 100 seeds from a small 3"-4" long bud.
