How to grow males in same facility as females without accidental pollination?

How do folks keep from accidentally tracking male pollen from the male room into the female room when both rooms are located within the same facility?

I want to do some male pheno hunting and backcrossing but am unsure of how to handle the males for a long period of time.

Is micro propagation needed to keep males around for a long period of time?

tricky biz.

because we live in the real world and not a fantasy bubble in this age of "the war on drugs" many of us are forced to get by with what we got to work with. so, some tips if you gotta do it.

blow air out of your female flowering room for ventilation, not in. a little bit of pollen in the air will be sucked right in your flowering room and you will have fully seeded buds by "hoosier daddy" if you vent fresh air in.

^ I think so. usually no reason for anything (male) over 12-18 inches.

really watch excessive/any ventilation in your male pollen room. you are just doing this to collect pollen, no more.

subcool iirc posts that he showers and changes clothing after leaving his pollen room.

freshly pollinated females should have their own quaranteen area for a few days and then blown clean/clear of excess pollen, heavily watered down and blown dry/clear/clean again before reinserting them back wid da virgins.

check into an "air" vacuum cleaner device/method to keep random airborne pollen down in the male room. .

now, "THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDIN' MOMENT".

^ if the un-pollinated gals in your flowering room have seeded calyxes then your method sucks, throw your seeds away cause you don't have a clue which ken got which barbie preggo.

if the gals in your flowering room produce totally sensi bud then your method works great and don't take shit from anyone because you "had to make do"

the proof is in the puddin', not some theoretical scribbles on paper. are the un-pollinated gals in your flowering room staying un-pollinated? pure and simple. cold fact.

Idiit mentioned changing clothes and showering after leaving male room. Also what about when you open the male room door and walk out. Don't you think you will be leaving a trail of pollen behind you?

I was imagining that having a pre-room with misters containing 1:4 ratio of hydrogen peroxide to water might help keep the pollen from catching a draft when the door is open. Is that excessive?
