How to get the highest yield in 4x4x6.5 space?

I grow in FFOF with the fox farms organic line and am trying to setup a couple 4x4x6.5 tents. I was running my numbers and wanted to see what others are yielding in a similar sized tent setup as well as setup information to those bored enough to toss it out there.

I am thinking of doing this.

Either 2x 600watt vertical down the center OR 2 1K watt vertical.

So my question,

1200w in a 4x4 especially vertical seems very doable. Would 2k even in a vertical setup be too difficult to keep cool?

I am wanted 2lbs per tent minimum

I am thinking of running 8 girls in 5 gallon square pots which would surround the lights and allow up (in theory) 6.5 feet of height for the plants themselves and the lights in vertical will allow for great penetration up and down them no problem.

SO

2lbs+ per tent is it possible with how I am thinking? Temps won't be an issue, more after getting the 2lb per tent down. Pretty much it would be a 4 zip per plant minimum needed for that to happen and I currently average 2+ zips per plant at the moment.

I had the same setup I had a secret jarden 120 with 2 600w hps on cool tubes these where horizontal. I had a 12,000 BTU air conditioner in the room. I had issues with some strains as they stretch more then others. You will do better doing all the same strain and keeping the canopy at the same hidth. I did have heat issues if they got to close to the cool tubes and I had a 10" in-line to keep it cool it was not enough. I had to keep all plants 8" from the tubes. I could only fit 6 plants in the tent if you pack to many in there it can couse problems like powery mildew. The strain you pick will also have a major impact on yield. I like quality over quantity. If you grow a strain for long time you can get it dialed in and get a bigger yield. I think 2 1k are to much for such a small tent

hello all
i also switched to 4x4 tent
at the moment i have one 600w (i have a cool tube) but a bare bulb & 16" fan blowing under it works better for me - so the cool tube now rests in her box
my last grow was also vertical 80x80 cm- about 2.5 x 2.5 feet - 600w cooltubed - ass Heath Robinson said- the key to its yields was taking off the cooltubes

Prown Connery also didn't use any cooltubes - 1200w - 4x4 box - 8" outtake -16" fan under the bulb - i think it will produce the bigger yield of all
