How to decarb in oven a small bud sample to THC and then CBN

hello! I'm hoping somebody can help me fine-tune some decarboxylation. The Cooking subforum strangely seemed the best place to ask!?

I've invested all my spare pennies to buy the required supplies for Thin Layer Chromatography @ home, but now I just need to figure out:
1) how to decarboxylate a tiny amount (small fingernail/100mg) of freshly cut flowers
2) the same, but using dried ready-to-smoke flowers
(for maximum THCa->THC in both cases)
3) how to then further degrade the THC into CBN? eg. another half an hour at 180C kinda thing, or...?

(i know THC->CBN degradation isn't typically desirable, but i want to do a couple of CBN-specific TLC tests!)

btw if THC degrades to CBN (correct?), what does CBD degrade to? i had no luck with google there!

I came across this excellent graph, although it is of a hexane extract not flower, if that makes a difference:

And IMPORANTLY, because of the tiny amount of flower i'll be oven-baking I will need to enclose it in aluminium foil, which im guessing will also affect the time

unfortunately the chromatography plates aren't cheap so I need to figure this out without too many tests :) Any suggestions very much appreciated!
