How to contact Equipment manufacture?

I have read about people around here saying they have got in contact with some equipment manufacturer's but I can't seem to find an email for any companies... I am trying to get in contact with Vortex and I was curious about speaking to Quantum but it doesn't really matter now...

So does anyone know how to find the email for some of these companies? Did you email the retailer for the manufacturer's E-mail?

Thanks and maybe someone here can answer without me emailing Vortex... Are there ANY speed controller's that work with Vortex fan's? I have heard the "speedster" and "router" speed controller's should not be used... pretty much all controller's mess with the fan's input/output and fucks up the motor...

I too have been using speedsters for years on my 6 in Vortex fans.

Followed the link and didn't find anything about not using speedsters and the like. It gave an explanation for not using light dimmers. I read something similar a while back that said speedsters and other speed controllers were what should be used for centrifugal fans. -granger

Ok well like a member by the name of Greenheart on here told me... Vortex reccomends the Dial A Temp for their fans. Hopefully this thread can be laid to rest now...

For anyone interested, As Third Coast said Atmosphere Inc. is the maker of Vortex. They said using the wrong speed controller will void your warranty. They only reccomend speed controllers from KB electronics.

wtf are you talking about? I emailed them at atmosphere inc. they said if you use the wrong speed controller you will void your warranty... they only reccomend "solid state" speed controllers from KB electronics. Believe whatever you want man.
