how the hell do you give cp and what is CP stand for?

when you click on user menu and then click on user cp you get to see all these comments that people have left you....how do u leave them comments? are these reputation points or some thing...I am so confused I wish I could just give someone some good karma!!!

I had the same problem JIMBOB! Took me 2 weeks tro figure it out! Click on the scales <<<<<< over there under the amount of posts I have under my Avatar (HAHAHAH) and leave all the karma you'd like! You can also leave a message in someone's message book by clicking on their avatar. 2 ways! Peace
