How Should I Handle Tiny Lower Growths?

I've currently got two Snow Whites in flower, both of which have been heavily LST'd. As a result, I have a few areas with tiny suckers that will develop into micro popcorn buds. Now, I'd rather have the energy put into developing the taller, larger buds, but I'm afraid that I've waited too late to clip them, as I'm nearly a month into flowering and would rather not stunt the plant's development.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about...

If I cut them, will it slow bud production?
Should I even bother?

leave it alone, i see nothing on that plant thats worthwhile removing. leave those smaller buds, they arent taking the energy from the tops at all.

or let me reiterate you can trim up to a month in without ill effects

If it isn't shaded leave it. a popcorn bud at 4 weeks can grow to the size of the end of your thumb by harvest, if it gets enough light.

You also could go to your local home improvement store and get a 2 or 3 standard size light sockets. (They are around $5) They plug right in ans you can easily hang them vertically in between the plants and in those areas you feel you aren't getting any light. It will be a small investment purchasing the CFL's for them (the highest wattage I've seen is I believe 28watts for a stanard size CFL, but it may be more.) Get the highest wattage you can find/afford.
I've done this with GREAT results. Just make sure you give them a nice breeze...

I get rid of all the tiny crap at the end of week 1 of flower. That way I know if they will amount to a damn thing. I grow using lst as well and it can only help since it is so damn dense under there. Plants need as much o2 as possible and I feel it can help.
