so, i ordered some seeds and the place i was planning to grow them wont happen. and i REALLY want to grow them. my only other choice is the house where i mailed them to ( they are not here yet). i know every one says don't grow at the mailing house but i wanted your guy's opinion. i figured if it doesn't get intercepted, no one knows, no issue? i also haven't told ANYONE. please give me your thoughts. (i am nor cal if that makes a difference)

Go ahead and grow. It's fine. You're over thinking the situation. There must be one of these threads everyday.

being safe is never a bad thing, but in this case, your a fish in a giant ocean. just dont bite the bait (greed) and you'll be perfect : ) hope that helps.

From data that I have seen, in 99% of cases of illicit MJ beans entering the USA being intercepted by US Customs would have resulted in their seizure, and then a form letter sent to recipient of the seizure, without any further actions taken. The other 1% would be the brazen shipment of a large quantity of MJ beans, in the hundreds or thousands.

Most overseas MJ seed houses are not so brazen, and will not only break up their shipments into smaller quantities, but also generally do a great job of concealing the contraband. Marc Emery's arrest in Canada, extradition, and USA imprisonment has tempered shippers' enthusiasm. Airmail shipments from Europe generally take 2 to 4 weeks from on-line ordering to receipt of beans, dependent upon number of orders received, number of staff, ready availability of stock, and slowness of both the mail and customs process.

Chill out. Mark your calender. Sit back and relax. In NorCal, I would think MJ beans in the mail would be far less an issue than in some totally repressive backward state like Texas.

FWIW I think your safe, but it also cant hurt to let 2-3 months go by from the time you got your seeds but you probably done need to do even that.

In my recent memory I know of only one person that got busted by buying seeds, and that happened only because he was getting multiple packets that contained dozens to hundreds of seeds..

you're in CA and worried about seeds?

lol

dont worry about it, cops have a lot more to worry about than a few seeds, I bet they could fly 10 minutes in one direction from your place and find 10+ grows.
