How Safe is Cooking Buds with Mold on them?

I have about 12 oz of bud that I've "thrown out" (put aside) that I was thinking of cooking with. Now this isn't bud totally consumed by mold, it's bud with mold on it.

How safe is it to make edibles with this stuff? Is it safe? Is there a 100% safe way to make use of it (cooking, blasting, etc.)? Could I soak all of it in hydrogen peroxide and then cook with it?

I've read people saying you can cook with moldy buds, some saying the oven doesn't kill it all...

If I can't do anything with it totally safely, I'd rather just throw it out altogether.

Thanks

Water cure seems to be the first thing you wanna do... get the mold off... lube and work it... haha... never done myself just heard it works from some ic guys...

You can make a tincture and then descarboxilate it.
When I make a cream, I use tincture, descarboxilated tincture, bho and essential oils.

What does descarboxilating ential?

I'm thinking right now water cure with hydrogen peroxide in the water and then bho. I'm thinking that'll be the safest option.

I wouldn't screw with all extra work doing water cure or washing them. I'm pretty sure the only safe options are bho or alcohol. Then cook or whatever.
