how often do you exhaust?

i have a small home,650 sf.my growroom is 10' x 7' x 5'.
passive intake with 2 1000 watt hps lights,i have always run fan 24/7,but i feel as im taking all the heat out of my home,thus causing high heating bills.im hoping i can maybe run 15 minutes of every hour,my fan is 650 cfm...any thoughts from experienced growers?

Get a smaller fan or speed dial to turn it down. Turning it off might let smell leak out.

Or duct the exhaust into your home, run the lights during your coldest hours and boom free heating.
