How much water for a 17" plant in a fabric 5gal?

My plants keep wilting. First they wilted after 4 days of not watering it. Then they wilted after 3 days. Then they seemed to be happy for about a week when I was watering every other day. Then after about 36 hours the pots felt light and dry one knuckle down so I watered them. Yesterday morning I watered them. last night they looked beautiful and vibrant. This morning they look wilted again. Could it have just been the oxygen that I bubbled into the water for a day?

When I weighed the pots this morning they felt light but not as light as my pot full of dry soil. The outside and bottom of the fabric were completely dry.One knuckle down felt cool but not moist so I watered them again.

Conditions of my grow as I know it.

Total newbie on his first grow.
Legal State patient grow
1000w MH 20/4
5x5x7 tent
Temps 77 - 81 w/ lights on. 65 or better with lights off
Soil pH 6 - 6.5 using pH in vs runoff method
2 small fans for circulation in the tent not pointed at plants.
One large oscillating fan on low.
Intake and outtake fans with carbon filter.
Roots organic soil with + 25% growstones
5 gallon fabric pots raised up for drainage filled 80℅
Two quarts of dechlorinated pH 6.7 water given 15 minutes apart will give 10% runoff.
The only two times I've ever given them anything but straight water was once I gave them inoculation of photosynthesis Plus.
Week after that I gave them a compost tea with compost, ewc, molasses and a little bit of photosynthesis Plus. (they seemed to thrive with just water every other day for a week)
Right now I am brewing a batch of tea with 1/8 grow nutes.
Hope I don't have to throw it out because I'm drowning them and have to let them dry out.

My large 17-inch sour d plants are 32 days old and showing no preflowers. I fear that they are photos instead of autos. No clue what I'm going to do with them while the Autos flower. Might have to buy another tent.

My White Widow auto is 26 days old from seed, is 10 inches tall and showing white hairs everywhere.

One of my Northern Lights autos is 26 days old, 13 inches tall and showing hairs.

Well since nobody has any comments, I will keep watering them once a day maybe twice in the future. I guess fabric pots don't hold a lot of water.

How much are you feeding them>? How many ppm? and what is the ph of your feed?

This is a soil grow so no ppm. The only thing they have been fed is aerated compost tea once. pH was 5.5 so I used it 50/50 with dechlorinated water which brought it to 6.5.

Judging by the responses I doubt anybody has spent more than a minute reading this thread but here's an update anyway.

Last night my plants were alive and thriving. This morning the largest plants were all droopy. The smaller ones were vibrant.

Since I had so much run off with two quarts yesterday morning I decided to go with one quart this morning and another one tonight.

If these large plants turn into photos I am definitely going to repot them into 10 gallon pots. 12 hours is too often to water a 33-day old plant. Maybe fabric pots, +25℅ growstones added to the perlite in the roots organic is too much air to hold the moisture.
