How much to run 10 lights?

hi all
I was wondering how much is gona cost, electricity wise, to run a 10 tawy project with A/C in california...of course more or less..
can some of you gentlemen enlight me?:dance013:

Average cost for electricity in the US is $.12 / KWH (one thousand watts for one hour).

So to add .03 for efficiency ($.15 total) ten 1000 watt lamps = 10,000 watts x 18 hours a day (veg cycle) = 180,000 watt hours or 180 KWH
180 kwh x $.15 = $27/day. To figure the ac, same thing.
Wattage / 1000 = KW
KW X hours = KWH
KWH X $.15 = cost

I think it's still about .14 here in and the utility next door is even less. I heard many places are more money. Anyway, just find out your own electric rate and plug it into the formula.
