I have 600acres of farm land behind my property.... maybe I can work out a deal with the farmer.

Although dunno how well his half million dollar combines will work for harvesting marijuana.

One things for sure... in one year he would make as much as he has off corn and soy beans for the last 50 years.

i have several deals setup if its ever legalized. but i aint holding my breath. i will continue growing indoors as long as there is electricity and lightbulbs. i also do some outdoors altho not as large as i used to. too hard to find an unoccupied spot here. last spot i scoped out that had promise out popped several mexicans damnit

I love these threads.... seriously though, anyone in the know, knows the future of growing is in a greenhouse, for headstash or commercial.

most of the guys who were getting lowballed at 23 last season for good indoor have stepped up their game, found new buyers, moving most out of state....

right now in the bay area prices are pretty damn high, even though everybody is growing, more people are brokering. so there is usually a run on anything sellable....because most people here are catching onto how to flip a 25 into a 32 these days....

the only people getting lowballed 25 and under for their stuff are local people with limited connections....i can get 3-32 religiously for OG kush here in SF....and theres a few highballers who are glad to pay 36 because its going to a not so saturated market...

MEGA-DITTO's ..as usual Yes is spot on with his(?) analysis......

in my opinion the price only goes down because growers let it! supply and demand. they need the supply so the growers can demand a price. too many people lookin for a quick flip because they cant save money to pay the bills. meanwhile you are the fucking man if you can cop a lb for 4k on the EC.

We need to get our EC brothers and sisters some good seeds...

exactly. the only reason I want a lot of money in the first place is for legal defense because the government hates my ibs medicine.

commercial growers..

sure, kept a sick man in smokes, when he could afford it. (could smoke about 10% of what i needed)

if it wasnt crap or something done to it (made into a soap) like it often was.

Lot of the time, dealers or moneygrowers also Dont want herb Legalized.

that i will never forgive. far as im concerned anyone same that, can go sit on a stick till he dies :)

cause alot of the time, its Need that governs the price. the people that have to buy or have a sucky life (many years i was sick enough to want to die and herb the only thing that helped)

so, the greedy fucks that dont care about other people, well those fucks could spontaneously combust (or their genitals) and i wouldnt care :)

but i tell ya this, with the current government of greed in the name of moral fascism,

trusting the government to fix matters in a proper way is dumb as fuck.

anyone with sense and that can, should grow for themselves.

I agree with this 100%. I don't care what it costs; I'll grow until the day I die or the day I'm no longer physically able. Part of the satisfaction in growing comes from sharing my top buds with friends. Most of them are on the east coast, so my stuff always blows away whatever they're able to find from dealers.

I'm not a commercial grower, so the money doesn't matter to me anyway. For me, the only money involved is the amount I've saved by not buying buds for the last 10 years.

Price for really good dank wont drop that bad even when it goes legal. have you ever tried to mass produce the dankest of the indoor dank? environment control alone is a fortune. not to mention having to add a lot of security. Then even if you have all that you have to have really good growers. They won't work for cheap.

The market will basically just do as the alcohol market did after prohibition ended. It will get regulated and taxed upping production cost. Insurance will be required for employees starting 2014 driving cost up.

Then the market will divide it's self up by quality, and rarity. people will be able to control price by patenting specific cuts they make, and drive up demand by limiting quality if the strain is highly sought after. However if they get cocky and charge too much people just won't buy it and they will go under if they don't produce more and lower price.

I predict it will balance out nation wide at about 2500 a AAA quality pound, when legalized because saturated markets like California are getting more than that right now for their AAA dankness.

Lots of people try to grow the dank but they can't. Lots of people fail in the green rush because they have big dreams and buy a huge set up for growing the AAA sticky, and end up with mediocre mids. they don't get it right quick enough and after that they simply can't afford to keep going. Then back to Kansas for them, cause cali is fucking expensive.

No offense, but anyone that believes the federal law will ever be repealed is either uninformed, or smoking way too much. The collusion between banksters, USA, Mexican govs, and corporate run prisons produces too much money to just say bye bye. This age old monopoly can't be broken up with anything short of armed rebellion. I foresee Mexico's gov taking over the cartel's business through warfare and armed conflict. They have the media and the people that will stand behind them when it goes down.

As the cartel market share plummets in certain areas, I see bills introduced and passed. The border agents have been commanded to stop seizing money going over the border. The DEA is trying to slow down the overflow from legal and illegal grows to help protect Mexico's GDP.
