How much leaf for 1x butter?

Hey

so the outdoor season is taking forever as expected and i got no smoke. I was wondering if I could make canna-butter from leaves that fall off..

I just realized its a stupid question but im wondering if anyone knows how much leaf is needed to make 1 portion of cannabutter..

I guess it depends on strain etc..

So ill ask this way: Has anyone ever tried making just 1 portion of cannabutter with leaves and how many are needed for a half decent buzz?

Im probably gonna make some and drink it all including brine :D

peace

I think you want the sugar shake. Not much oil in fans unless there are visible trichs on em. I've read the recommendation of 1 oz shake per 1 stick butter but have not personally tried it.

I use about 1 oz of trim for 1 lb of butter. And add about 3 X water than butter to separate the chlorophyl. (Helps with the tast) Be sure not to boil it. Keep the temp at about 180 degrees. Boiling it will infuse the water to the leaf, and you'll end up with alot less butter than what you started with.

Really, you just gotta experiment with it. IMHO, its better to make it realy potent at first. You can alway add regular butter to cut it down.
