How much kief to make cannabudder

How much keif does an oz of your weed produce? Determine that and then substitute x amount of kief for 1 oz of weed.
that would be some kind of weak butter for us
we like to use between 2oz and 4oz per pound of butter
if you make kief with the bud you lose a small bit
if i made it the way i like it normally i would use between 3 and 4 ounces of bud
but if you dont make it by yourself
use between 14 grams and an ounce of kief (depending of kief quality)
14 grams for full melt kief
and maybe over an ounce for greenish kief

Per one pound of butter, (4 sticks), use 1 oz of ground up bud, or 2 oz of ground up trim, or 1/2 oz of Kief. After 3 hours of heating, and straining, you should yield about 3.5 sticks, each being a half cup, or 4 oz of canna butter. With whatever you are making, a good dose is when the item contains 1 teaspoon of the butter. One teaspoon is 15 gms, so if you are making cookies, for example, and you use one stick, or 1/2 cup butter, you have added 113 gms. You should get 22 servings, or cookies, or slices, or whatever for 4-8 hours of being medicated.
2 ounces of trim per pound of butter... hope its some real frosty trim
when i make it stronger (over 4 ounces of bud per pound of butter) its real fun because
I can cook regular stuff that does not require insane amounts of butter to be high
if you dont eat it all the time its ok but for those who must medicate everyday like me
its better to make something healthier to eat than some fat cake or cookies
I can eat something without so much fat and only eat between 1 and two cookies to be medicated for the full day (i have a pretty high tolerance though, i use edibles everyday since a while)
