I want to make some cookies. So i am going to use an Organic cookie mix that calls for one egg and one stick of butter.
I was thinking 3.5 grams.
I can boil the weed and butter in water then strains out the weed and chill the water, but this process if always very messy for me.
I could just mix the weed with the butter in the batter and let the oven do the trick. Though the cookies will be baking at 350 degrees which is a little high for THC extraction. But the way I figure it, even if I use THC butter already prepared, The THC would be exposed to that temp.
another method I've yet to try is to put the stick of butter in a pot mixed with weed and simmering it slow over a pot of sub boiling water for a few hours, then strains the butter with cheese cloth.
Aside from what I just mentioned, How much bud ( either train whreck or NLxBB i'll be using) do you think would be ideal for one stick of butter. I do the math of how many cookies i'll be making out of the dough. I think 8 would fit.
If I used 4 grams that would be about .5 grams of THC butter per cookie
