The yield from a plant is proportional to its size and the amount of water it receives.

The smallest plants, those that get no growing time will yield a couple of grams.

A larger plant, one that is grown in a small container like a 8" planter might yield 10g.

A plant that grows to 4' with multiple branches can yield 100g.

A very large plant, over 6' with lots of branches may hit 450g / 1 pound.

As they get larger, the problems with security and moulds become greater. At some point, the odds of harvesting a larger plant drop to near zero because of theft and mould issues.

It's all in the roots IMHO. if the plant has a huge and healthy rootsystem, the plant will grow huge as well because it's be able to take in more nutrients and water. the bigger a plant gets...the grater the yield...

As my buddy Rasti would say, drugs have taught a generation the metric system. :D

112g = 4 oz

About this size. :D

An eight is 3.5g, a quarter is 7g and half is 14g, the elbow should hit 28g and your friendly connection should up you to 120g when your paying for a QP.

Simple compared to temperature or bottles of beer in a case. ;)

The amount time of direct light it recieves has a lot to do with how much a plant will yield, a factor just as important, if not more important than water.

how many times do you draw blackjack on a 6 deck shoe? what came first the chicken or the egg? how do you get a square peg into a round hole? what are the chances of the cubs winning the world series? how much will i yield from my plant?
these are all good questions that can't truly be answered with any honesty, just guesses and conjecture. good luck on your grow. may you harvest so much you run out of jars to store it in.

You guys need to pay closer attention to your shit if you are worried about it getting ripped off. My last garden was NEVER alone (unique circumstances allowed for 24 hour care) during bloom, and was rarely alone for more than 15 mins. during veg. Harvest time is nerve racking outdoors. Most folks are strapped down and on their toes for rippers.

Who thought an elbow was a zone?!?

That plant was just starting to show flowers when I took that picture. It would have needed another 5-6 weeks to finish.

Unfortunatly, that plant was seized along with the others.

There is little to provide scale in that image, but the planter is 12" in diamater and the plant was nearly 5 feet tall. 'dudes plant was already 6 inches taller at the same time.

I never did weigh this plant, it was among the last to be harvested and I was in trim shock by this time.

Fair guess would be 450g + or - a bit.
