a friend of mine was running a gaming server hosting company a few years ago. he had an ad that appeared on google searches, i don't know what the initial cost was, but every time someone clicked on his ad it cost him 5 cents... hope that helps

there is not a general price. depends on where it is, and how much traffic they get. ect.

it might not record it from the same ip more than once within a 5 minute period or something, but maybe. the guy i knew had to stop it after the first month because it got up to him owing them like 2 grand lol
