how many plants per light? 600w x 4 ; 8x8 space

what would u run? #'s dont concern me, if you get popped over a handful up to a couple hundred around here it seems to be the same!!! and when/if mandatory minimums come into play they are 1-5, and then 5-200 so its pretty much all the same...

so i have 4x600w air cooled in a 8x8 area. using promix in buckets. havent decided how many plants or bucket size... or strain, really!!! lol. what kind of numbers would you go for? i can get the lights pretty close to the plants cause they are vented by overkill fans at the moment.

Simple... if you don't care about numbers AT ALL. Run side to side 6" square pots in 3x3 trays under each 600. 36 clones per table. 146 clones total. Veg them till the canopy is full and flower. You'll pull at least 5 pounds from all 4 tables if done with good yielding genetics.

so about 35 plants per light? are 6" pots 1 or 1/2 gallon? thx

They can't be more than a half gallon. I only use them as a transplant stage from clone, then on to 2 gallon, and then 5. But for SOG they should be just enough. Probably won't need any veg. As soon as they're rooted and healthy, 12/12. They'll fill in quick.

Can't lie, I'm still jealous. If I could I'd rock SOG till I croaked.

If I had 4 600s and Overkill ventilation ... I'd buy 2 more lights ... and Pack It with 100 ...

All I know is that 16 2 gallon pots fit in a 4x4 so 64 2 gallon pots will fit in an 8x8. Should be able to pull an O from each pot in this system so 4 lbs minimum. Peace and smoke.
