Switch to a 12/12 light cycle.Sex will show in a week or so.Use the same amount of light you used to veg with.

12 hours or more of constant darkness and sexual maturity initiates the flowering period, nothing else including light intensity. If the plant is sexually mature it will show sex under an 18/6 photoperiod with as little as two T-12 lamps as preflowers will show when the plants become sexually mature no matter the photoperiod.12 hours or more of constant dark initiates flowering, not preflowering which is part of the veg stage. This is different than inducing flowering in a sexually immature plant by exposing it to 12 or more dark hours per 24 hour period.

concentrate more on watts per sq ft and distance your light will allow you to to be from the canopy....The more light you have the better and the cooler the light the better......50 watts per sq ft is more than adequate...Some opt to go for more in the 75 watts per sq ft, others less....Nothing is better than first hand knowledge try it all and see what works for you....Dont take the harvest so seriously either...professional results come with professional knowledge......Plan on the first few being mediocre and you wont be let down........It is and can be a life long process....You got time...no stress enjoy what you do.....
