I'm building a new room with DE's. I've only ever used SE HPS in flower so I'm looking for a lil' help here.
I'll be vegging mostly sativa dominant hybrids under T5's for 3 months before they go into flower. The plants will get a lot of light coverage per plant in veg (they won't be crowding each other out much). I use pots with soilless mixture.
I stake my plants in flower and essentially make a sea of green using stakes under the light foot print.
I will have only one flower room and I'm doing a month to month (harvesting every month). In the flower room there will be 12 plants under the lights and an additional 12 plants off to the side on the perimeter of the room that are 4 weeks behind the plants under the lights. The number of plants is a factor that cannot be changed (due to medical rules).
How many DE's would you use for this setup? How many of these 3 month veg'd plants would you throw under each light? My ceilings are super tall and the size of the room will be whatever I want it to be.
