How many cobs do i need?

Looking at growing one plant and doing a diy cob light. How many vero29s do I need? I have one will that be enough once I get to flower?

I use one per plant driven at 900ma-1.4a, gives about 30-40w per plant. This is on a bar of 4cobs over 4 plants. Plants get about 2-3ft. So far, so good
