I plant my cuttings in dirt as soon as I notice they've rooted, theres no need to let the roots grow or wait for more roots to appear,if its starting to root plant it.I usually use plain water when I first transplant them to soil then when the soil dries out I use 1/2 teaspoon grow big.

I would put them under some flouro tubes if you can, but if you cant, just put the 250 about 15" from them.

Yea I would use a floro first too,I use a 4 ft 2 lamp shoplight for awhile before the hid's,they can go right under the 250 though just keep an eye on them the first few hours an hid can wilt the hell outta brand new clones

I like to make it easy for them before they see the big light....I clone in water bottles, so after I clone the cutting in peat pellets, I transfer them into little cups of dirt.
I keep the top half of the water bottle on top of the soil (covering the little plant), with the lid off, under about 75 watts of cfl. After a couple days of they're ready for 150 watts (my veg. cab.), and get full strength from then on out.

I've found if I put them under intense light right after they first start showing roots, and right after I plant them into some dirt, that they get a bit stressed out. I guess I don't want them to die at that point so I baby 'em.

So if I were you I'd gradually bring them into the intense light, or at least keep them a good distance from the light for a couple days.

another thing, if you do put the clones under the 250, put a clear solo (beer) cup over the individual clones to keep the humidity up

i took the clone out and within 3 hours the top of the stem turned brown and the clone wilted a godd deal the the roots were still good but it was i forgot to put water in with the clone so i took my other clone and put under about 25" away from the 250 with water and coco and perilite i come back 3 hours later and the stem turned to a woody brown like before but top was still okay but theses guys were in a bubbleclone for quite along time and took a long time to root do you think i can keep her under the 250 and still be okay ?
