How Long Will Unopened Soil Last?

I am planning on getting soil to last myself a year (Bio Bizz All Mix) at once, but am unsure if to do so or not. Are the any chances of it going bad?

It would be stored inside at room temp, about 40-50% humidity.

What are peoples thoughts?

You should be golden, I have had Fox Farms ocean forest stored in my garage for over a year with no problems...
