Are they clones or seedlings ?

I cannot make out for sure, but they look like clones, so I would train them [into a SCRoG] and flower in a day or two. With clones, uniform health and vigour is everything.

If they are seedlings, I would always wait till they are 2 months old, I know many people get away with flowering "on the 6th node" but I firmly believe plants do not reach full sexual maturity [and ultimate potency...] before then......I have seen Rez saying pretty much this himself and one of the Sargamatha guys agreed with me when I questioned him at Spannabis about the instructions for Trainwreck and Cheesewreck... they say 5/7th node on the back, but he also believes they will not be at their full potential.

For this reason I cannot remember the last time I flowered a seed grown plant indoors, a 2 month old seed grown plant IME, yields less than 4 or 9 clones of the same, in the same space.

I'd pot them up today, flower them 2day, 2moro or the day after depending on if u believe re-potting causes stress to a plant that could harm it during flowering ... I re-pot and flower in the same day sometimes and it doesn't seem to hav a notable negative effect at all.

Personal preference tho. I think everyone agrees on the bigger pot thing tho lol

Cheers.

sure i will give them a bigger pot, but... they have no roots at all out of the pot´s
just some small indikations that they are one the way fast now :)

i need a 600w vegg. HM bulp, and a 600 ballast before i can send my lamps to the flower room whit the plants! so they will get another week wegging....

eny suggestions for a good MH bulp?? i want the best one...

When were they originally placed into those pots? Regardless, when you trigger them there is goning to be a huge amount of growth and I would say a one and a half gallon pot would be good. Bud them soon though because if not they will very quickly take over the entire room. Good luck and it seems your doing a great job - they look very healthy.

That really is dependent on strain, and how large you need them to be.

it is 67% hasplant from 2 different phenotypes and 33% sativa for the rest of the seedlings

and they have ben in the pots nov for about 1 to 4 weeks i´ll think

I was judging by how much light he has to use and by an estimate on plant size from the pic's posted.

You can flower them but I would make sure they are at least 15-25 inches first imo.

BTW.. I would flower them soon!! Transplant in 5 gallon or more for the best yield in soil.

OK. Here is the deal. I would certainly change the lights to 12/12 now. I know I am going to be the odd-one out on this but if you can supply the water and nutes whenever they demand it on an individual basis, leave them in the 6 inch pots. Towards the middle of flowering they will be demanding lots of water and nutes, but past that stage they will start to lose lower leaves as the flowers develop and demand less. I love growing in 6 inch standard pots, less chance of overwatering and you have a hell of a root system in there. I like the looks of your plants.....almost like you know what you are doing! Grow on!!!

I have always used larger pots and not really grown in anything less than a couple gallons, so really I can't say if it producer more or not changing pot size prior to budding - it's just the way I have been doing it for years. Gladysvjubb says he prefers small pots, and I can see it being productive as on here I have seen many huge plants grown in small pots and they seemed to do well enough. I think pot size could be over rated as we have all seen huge house plants in tiny containers. I know house plants and cannabis are not really the same, but makes me wonder. I think with pot size the main problem if over or under watering. If nutrients and water can be provded and oxygen is getting to the roots, I can't see any reason for the plants to not do well in small pots. Anyways, I am rambling now so i'll stop - insomnia sucks!

I have a similar (50% 50%) sativa cross 1 foot in veg = a 3 foot dense kola. do not know the gallons of pots 2 to 5 gallons est. The smaller requiring more care.
