How long until a male spits out pollen ?

I have this one Northern Lights plant which I vegged for about 1 week, then it went straight into 12/12. After about 10 days of 12/12, I noticed nasty little balls, so I obviously removed it from the flowering cabinet.

Now my question is, about how much longer would it take before this male would produce some pollen ? I was thinking about just leaving it outside the cabinet and maybe collect some pollen and put it into a bag and store it for some future use, when I feel like making a couple of seeds.

the norm is approx 10 days from when they start to group together, they will spew for approx 14-21 days and be played out. if you leave it right outside of cabinit you'll surly pollenate the whole grow so no reason to remove it from grow. but move it across the house or build 1 of these http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=46076 a male isolation chamber so ya dont pollenate the whole grow. ive been hand collecting pollen for about 1.5 wks from my male he's about 2/3rd's played out. the sacs have bursted. as for storing for future use heres this read http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=1034 a must if your gonna store the pollen. it wont stay viable very long with out the method described in the 2nd link.

I have had plants drop pollen in the same room without mass pollination of the females.

I don't run any fans though.

I usually will produce a few dozen seeds every run, the way I do this is after the plants are put into 12/12 if there is a male I cut it back to like one branch over like a week. (which stresses it and slows it down so by the time the first viable pollen comes there are more pistols on the females)

I watch that one branch for the sacs to open, usually it's only like 2 or 4 at first. I grab a small paint brush and apply the pollen on the bud sites I want seeds on for making 40 + seeds all you need is like 1 or 2 sacs to open. (then kill the male) Wait one day then mist the females with water. I have yet to have other seeds on the sites I do not polinate.

The male sits like 2 feet from the females.

This is without any fans in the room.

I stopped using fans a couple years ago, they don't really seem to make my stems stronger ever.
