um, when you flush your change out your res and lower your PPMs and thats it, flushing with hydro is not like soil.
so just add your nutes and such, cause now your plants look like they got moisture stress what setup do you have them in? they look like they getting too much water or not enough o2` what color is there roots?

Hey Stitch thanks for stopping by ,Im using a DIY dwc set up 3 gallon bucket, air stone, 400 hps at 16 inches over the canopy ,using gh 3 part per directions The problem started when I switched to 5 ml gro,10 ml micro 15 ml bloom per gallon.I cheked ot Lucas's formula and thats what brought me to the conclusion of an nitr. OD.I do not have a meter and I dont see that happening for at least a week.Now I have an identical set up with a predomitly sativa strain that is thriving ,Im thinking to go with the Lucas formula,he claims no ec meter needed and it should cut down the nitro levels.My air pump is rated for a 55 gallon tank with a 6 inch airstone ,The temp is 74 days 60 nights plenty of ventilation.Thanks for any input.

Well sounds like you got things under control, you are doing very well without a meter, cause not all strains can be grown with lucas formula, some just don't like it.
If I were you I would always have a meter handy, it's like your best friend when you grow hydro
How do you know how much to top off your nutes when the plants have taken a certain amount out?

I do alot of bucket changes ,thats probably why I have no meter, I'm spending the $ on nutes.I dont guess I change the h2o with fresh nutes
(I read that in a thread while researching ,some old timer said water change is the key) .Once agaian Stich THANKS for taking the time .I'll post if things go better or worse
