Depends really on what type of timer you use on it. I have mine come on fifteen seconds every minute or so. Lasts a while with the correct timer. Other then that it will last a week or two at the most.It is also cheaper to fill the tanks up at an airgas or other gas store as compared to a hydro store.

My room is 8 by 8 I have my controller set to 1500PPM a 20 gal tank lasts about 17-20 days usually.It takes 3 or 4 tanks to flower a grow

Obviously depends on a huge number of things. How well is your room sealed (are any devices such as A/C exchanging air)? How many plants, how large, at what stage? How large is your room (volume)? What is the ambient CO2 levels, and what are you trying to raise it to? All those questions, in addition to a few more (such as type of controller? and fuzzy logic or not), will need to be answered for a good answer.
