How long can i keep pants in 16oz red party cups?

So im planting my seeds in red party cups, vegging them inside for 3-4 weeks then sticking them outdoors at my grow spots.

My indoor setup is low on space and ill be germing and vegging 20 plants for 3-4 weeks under a homdepot shop light with 2 48" t12 6500k flourescent tubes.

My question is, will i be able keep these plants in the red party cupsfor 3-4 weeks intil i stick them outside?

under some flourescents.. i could maybe see that..

You will be just fine. I kept some clones in some 10oz plastic blue cups for like 6-7 weeks. I wouldn't recommend going past the 4 week mark w/ yours if you want to be good and healthy, because mine were not. I only left them go that long because some one wanted them and never came to get them after I rooted them for him.

I also recommend that you veg them under 15hours light if you plan on putting them outside or they will probably bloom way to early. That is biggest problem with starting indoors and then moving outdoors.

i had to leave some in cups recently theyve been in them almost 8 weeks i took some out and the others are still goin good u have to water a little more often.i keep mine under flouros.peace

Your plants will tell you when they need bigger pots b/c it'll be hard to get the soil to hold water, since it's been displaced by so much root mass.

well DrBud grows in 16 oz containers so i cant imagine why you couldn't... he even re-veges 2 times in the same exact container....

you can flower in them too- mind you u will have some mini's..
still its possible, just will need watering more often

You can leave them in there pretty much as long as you want

But you have to remember, the bigger roots make the bigger buds

If you want smaller buds but put a shitload of plants in an area, go nuts

Bear in mind, you may want to be unemployed as you will be watering everyday at least

Feed them with a hydroponic solution that not only contains basic npk and micronutrients but also calcium, magnesium, and sulfur. Dolomite lime will last only so long in a little container with lots of water poured on it. That being said, you will do fine. Make sure to put holes in the bottom of the pots.

I've had some plants in 4in pots for close to 2 months now, and the only thing is I need to water more often. They sould be fine, but like everyone said, fluoro would be best.

yeah that pic from moebudz is impressive. iv had seedlings get almost that large in 16oz... but that growth is nice and dense and redy to blow up once repotted.

I find that when i go from clones (aero) to cups, they grow for a week, slow down alot after 2 weeks, then just sit there not really growing, and starting to get deficiencies.
