How long can i bend?

Ive been super-cropping for most of their veg (slightly over 2 months) and have topped them 2-3 times.

I assume i should keep bending the taller shoots until the stretch is done? (i flipped them to 12/12 2 days ago) So about 2 more weeks?
Or should i let them finish their growth from now on and then let them focus on flower production.

Depends on vertical space in the garden and the wattage on your lamp. If you have plenty of head room and a 1K, don't bother. My spare head room is measured in inches as is the penetration of my 250 so I bend all the way through the grow. Colas grown sideways may look funny but, they smoke just as well.

I have 5 600's.... on 9 plants in a 10' high space....

Ive been bending...they are in their second week of stretching now

10' high ceiling and 600's? I would just let them go since you have already supercropped em
