How late into flower should I bend and supercrop

How late into flower do you keep supercropping and bending. I have been bending and super cropping and topping throughout veg, and have some very large established plants. I just started flower, and am planning on bending them out and pulling them apart to allow light penetration, and make sure I have ceiling clearance.

When should I stop this? Once stretch is complete? I figure once they have reached maximum height there would be no point any more?

i pinch like crasy during veg and 2 weeks into flower, after that it takes alot longer for the stem to heal, sometimes it doesnt at all, imo 2 weeks is the latest bro

As far as training them apart for light penetration, I train all thru veg and 2 weeks into flowering.
