How fast stuff changes

Many years ago, This was my backyard dirtbike / car track. I raced offroad junk cars, as well as dirtbikes on occasion. It has grown over, and gone to hell. Once it looked nice

I recently flew back to this place to take pictures.. Heres one I will share

The track is actually grown in with grass, the path that is there now is not original. It had some doubles, a table top, some mogules in the middle, nice burms.. A very small track, but pretty cool no doubt

Hitting the table top with a toyota tercel 4x4 was a hoot
Not that significant to you, but I lived here many years and It's changed so much. I'm sure others know what i'm talking about- It's almost sad.

Hey MW,

I know exactly what you mean, my hometown used to be a quaint little hicktown on the map.
Now after only 15 yrs it's overun with suburbanites who cut down heavily wooded areas to "grow a nice lawn"... NOT organically of couse lol.
What can you do?

Alot of the roads here where mostly gravel and dirt so we would tear those up rally style, winter driving in my GTI was my favorite, I must have replaced the hand brake cable about 3 times.
