depends if the car is well built and there are no gaps or leaks. go for jap or german car to be safe. don't have the air-con on unless you need to open window to speak to someone, hang up a tree on ya mirror, not a few or that will look suspicious. wear lots of aftershave.

seal em up (vacuum seal preferably) and then double...triple...quadruple layer that ish. turkey bags work well, and they do sell some scented trashbags you can use

I would depend on the strain and the steps you have taken to hide the smell the question cannot really be answered properly without these things taken into consideration.
