How do you seal your sealed rooms?

Just looking for tips. Theres all kinds of stuff that that runs from a growroom to the exterior such as lamp cords (if ballasts are outside the room), reservoir hoses, piping for mini split a/c ect... How do you seal these things that go through the wall or ceiling of your room?

with SEALant! haha

I'm with the others, expanding foam, sticky foam "padding" for around doors that don't seal well and caulk. Plus some tape here and there.

The easiest way is to use "liquid-rubber" that is used to seal bathrooms before tiling. You use it with an enforcing tape and seal floor, ceiling, walls door.....

Forget about foams and ducttape.....if you want it sealed...seal it with products thats made to make waterseals not tape and shit.

great stuff expanding foam in a can works great on larger cracks and openings.
a good grade caulk for the smaller cracks the foam spray tube doesn't fit into.
get some thing like dap 280 or something like that that has a tripolymer sealant on it.
don't get the cheap $1-2 tubes of caulk, they will dry out, shrink and you have air leaks
