How do you isolate a scent profile from a 3way hybrid?

So lets say you have a 3 way hybrid like (a x b) x c. The hybrid has a scent profile of lemons, hash, and mint, but you want to isolate the mint. So, how does one go about it?

An all-seed route is to self the mintiest plants for a few generations (that is, make S3s or S4). Make a least a few different lines. Cross the best to restore vigor to a minty, all female hybrid.
