how do my babies look

hiya just wondering if someone could comment on how my babies look getting the leaf colouring sorted out seems to be a zinc deficency as this is only my second grow and dont want to comment on first any comments would be great thanks

very nice, looks like you have so good space for them to grow big. Have you thought about doing an LST? (low stress training, look around the forums).
What strain are they? What kind of light are you using?

4 of them are northern lights 2 are unknown some seeds we found we are growing under a 400 watt hps had probs at start they were neatrly dead we moved lights away and repotted now they looking alot better soil is all mix and we havent gave any nutes yet

no they are 5 weeks old had cpl of probs at start or i think they would have been bigger but no nutes yet they are in all mix which is good for nutes for 2-3 weeks after repotting as iv been led to beleive any body with different info all good as im still learning

ok theres a few things you need to sort out.
your plants are stretching, your light is either too far away or not powerfull enough.
and your plants need some feeding now, if your regular ferts dont fix the discoloured leaves then you should probably buy a micro nutrient fertiliser and give them a dose of that.

SL what type of lighting are these plants under ???
i veg with cfl's
what type of soil brand ???
i use fox farm ocean forrest
whats the PH of the water being feed ???
my water is PH'd to 6.5
do you use city water ??? if so dose it smell like cloriene if it dose smell of cloriene let it sit 24hr uncovered before use. this allows clorinen to evaporate, i use filtered city water.

alright mate yes we have had a few probs with light when we had it at the advised distsance from the plants plants were dying here is a pic of 1 from our first grow

we couldnt work out what the prob was so we started our 2nd grow same thing was happening infact the plants u r looking at were close to looking like the pic i have posted here but we repotted and moved light now they look alot better than what we were looking at first time round so we are worrying now about putting light closer and as for food the 4 larger ones were put into those pots 9 days ago and wasnt gonna start feeding til after sat as i was thinking there was enough nutes in the soil for them using all mix 400 hps

I wouldnt let plants get that large without feeding any nitrogen,and I use ocean forest.It looks to me like a magnesium defeciency maybe,did you use any dolomite lime in your soil mix?Anyone else think its mag?If so foliar feeding with a weak epsom salts solution would bring it right back.Or you can mix 1 tbls per gallon water and water it in.

gonna start feeding the morra 1ml per litre of bio bizz grow for a week then we are going to flower do you think this is the right thing to do
