how did cannabis evolve into different flavors? we have desinger strains that taste like cake or strawberry.. how is this possible? also what do you think marijuana originally tasted like?

also what came first, hemp or cannabis? and how did they increase thc levels?

And it's entirely possible that hemp and cannabis were the same. People back in the day liked having multipurpose plants. Smoke the resin and use the fibres for fabrics and ropes. Actually... that's still the case in the Himalayas . On the other hand, whether hemp equals C. sativa and cannabis C. indica is something discussed even in science and still not fully resolved.

Even before humans selected, skunk keeps away certain animals.

Fruit attracts animals. These animals don't digest the seed all the way and spread them.

The animal turns hungry and eats bugs and other pests nearby the plant, protecting it!

You can see the odor attracts certain animals, keeps some away. The ones is attracts are the ones that don't digest the seed or spread the seeds. They are also the ones who eat pests of the plant because the plant tells them to.

Basically pretty flowers attract beasts and cause them munchies then the beast goes beast mode on a bunch of small animals. You've seen what they do to goats?



Also humans breeding it, probably bred for smell. The more resin, the more smell. LOL Smelly, beautiful resinous plants.
