Focus on what you know first, your grow space area, height and how much money you can spend.
We'll find you a proper light after that ;)

Welcome to ICMag!! :D

If you're looking for the best of the "inexpensive LEDs" on the market, the best information I have says it's the Roleadro from Galaxyhydro. Here's the thread by Ibchillin where you can find the info on it and other LEDs as well. You'll also see in the thread the top of the line LED lights are currently coming from California Light Works, Fluence and Black Dog LED.

What size space are you looking to light? The watts per square foot recommendation is based on the quality of the LEDs being used. With high performance LEDs you can flower with as little as 25 watts per square foot. Lower quality LEDs can use up to 35 watts per square foot for the same results.

Save some money to get a better quality light.
I heard from others this kind of cheap lights' lifespan is very short.
I got one Mars reflector 192 for a while and will begin a diary for it.
Maybe you can check their refletor 48 or 96.

Ok, that's a start.
For 60x60 you need 100-200w of leds, double area means double watts.
I would recomend saving a bit more to reach 200-250€ and buy a quantum board kit or a cob led light.
Anything else is a gamble with quality and performance.
The cheapest in europe are todo leds selling the cob lights. You can get a 100w cob for 190€, that would be a good start. QB kits are even more affordable per watt, so if you know colors and have hands, you can buy and assemble a kit, easy.

Cheers

Definitely build your next light if you have the basic skills. :) You can now build top of the line lights for around $1 a watt.
