How can I make this Costco Yucca thrive?

Greetings friends!! A non cannabis question this time.

We just got new neighbors from India and they went around to all the neighbors including myself in an effort to introduce themselves, and gifted everyone on the street a Yucca? From Costco.

I've had this thing a while now and I believe it to be in Coco.

Just curious, what do I feed this thing or how do I make it thrive?

I've been letting it dry out like crazy, like beyond what I thought would be healthy, because apparently they kinda like it

But the original soil is now definitely getting compacted, on all sides.

What do I do next since it's dry and ready for whatever is suggested

Thanks team !!

I figured the pot size must be part of it for sure, but wasn't sure if I should just fill in the missing space in the pot it;s already in, or straight up up-pot it
I can't say I've ever used a miracle grow product either LOL! Would Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4 potentially do the trick on a mild dose you think? I'm leaning towards trying this after adding enough Canna Coco to fill the gaps.

Thanks for replying!

I'd transplant it into a bigger pot of that KIS soil you have. Or top it off with that and a TBLS or 2 of the Gaia.
