how about a bud pic contest here in the flower forum

well DG has been doin a few contests for IC growers, and we dont have a official bud pic deal goin so id like to start one up. see how it goes, and maybe it will turn into somethin.

nominate pics here from IC threads, after two weeks ill post a poll on the nominated pics, the growers here will vote the winner.

so it will run every two weeks until I get canned or told its not a good idea.

so for the first bud pic contest .........drumroll...........first prize is..............Crystal Locomotive (ten pack)

CL was developed by jojorizo, trainwreck X Aloha white widow 2k2 vintage. these are the first cross and believe they are F2s

so lets see some bad azz buds from all the growers here

What about Pic of the Month

Yes, we need a pic contest and I've been meaning to get it all organized.

Would like to see it be something actually sponsored by the site, instead of individual members, addresses alot of security concerns when sending out prizes as well.

Instead of this being done on a weekly basis, perhaps a POTM (monthly) would be a better idea? Would give more of a chance to be nominated and the one keeping up with the POTM more time to keep everything sorted/organized.

Would be nice to have the POTM winners pics even further selected for POTI (Pic of the Issue) for ICmag. One pic from the previous months (quarterly at the moment) could be featured in the mag?

this is from last week. they are now at 33 days but i don't have a camera anymore. i took my coolpix 3200 back to comp usa because the macro feature sucked. i paid 270 bucks for it. so i went online and did a search and ordered a coolpix 4500 instead.
got it for 360 bucks at a&m photoworld. looked the same model up at compusa and they were going for 638 bucks
what a baaagain oh and the 360 bucks i paid included 30 for 3 day shipping
if anyone is looking for a digital camera check out the prices at amphotoworld.com they're pretty low.

sorry it's a little fuzzy but i'll have some much nicer shots this week when my ne camera gets here
