You could always try by spraying one fan leave of your plant to find out :)
There is a protein the plant produces to help keep pests away..... Nice idea you have there; will defiantly keep an eye on this thread! :)

NOrmally you don't want to spray anything on the buds at all....... just the leaves themself......... most pests eat the leaves not the buds.

They definately make a hot pepper based pesticide. In fact one product is called hot pepper wax. Also many passed down homemade pesticides come from good ol tobasco sauce or hot sauce derivitive. :joint:
it also acts a an outdoor guard against deer and such chewin up your grow.

so basically i have an all organic spray given to us by the gods
we dont really know what it does to our ladies
i guess i will test it and see what happen
worse case senerio is i lose a crop best case i get a new organic pesticide
i wonder if it will burn leafs it dosent on the veggies
if i could show you pics of these broccolli plants all the leafs on the bottom are eaten
and you can see where i started use the peppers and the leafs are huge and no hole or bites
i guess we will see
all i need are the bugs in the cabinet instead of outside
i am not wishing bugs upon me but i cant try something if i dont have the product to get rid of:)

I thin jorge servantes mentions this for caterpillars if i not mistaken, garlic too, damn I lent the book out..... only concern Id have is the that pepper is sometimes hard to wash off i.e. u get it on ya hands, wash um, then rub your eyes, your eyes are gonna burn nomatter how hard u scrubbed ya hands. If I was growin some herb just for edible I would do it though.... spicy butter noodles......mmmmmmm...... My girls cookin again.....
