Holy Grail Kush

I harvested some Holy Grail Kush about 2 weeks past. With their being so little info on this strain, I decided to offer what I know . . . .

Flowering time: 8 weeks; starts flowering outdoors Early, about end of July!
Grown with Fox Farm nutes, finished with some molasses. Yield: 6 to 8 ozs.

Visual appeal: high, very frosty

Smell: earthy, piney, (not done curing!)

Taste (Vape): earthy, b/o, strange taste, perhaps kushy (other that K Train, have not smoked kush before, so . . . ;-) ; does taste a bit like KTrain & Trainwreck)

Effect/Buzz: still not fully cured you must understand, but with so little available on this herb wished to share . . . . I sense no sativa in this at all, maybe 10%! Needs more Euphoria, but that may come after another month . . . . . body stone, behind the eyes, good for pain relief, not so much doing anything. Good very long lasting bedtime/ evening smoke. As I'm running out of K Train, I hope this fill in my evenings!

It's a Kosher Kush X OG #18, whatever that is! Do all Kush plants have earthy, funny tastes??

I'm used to smoking Pineapple C99 & Hazy breeds that taste spicy

A smokin some kosher now I'd say not really earthy at all leans toward the lemon fuel pine side of the og spectrum....

No not all kush is earthy musky but it should be in there somewhere... But doesnt have to dominate flavor... I like the lemon fuel ogs all the way to hasty floral lvpk or coffe choco funk of bubba but in the background to some extent they all have that kushness ya talkin bout in taste and smell... Some much more dominant then others...

After curing this Holy Grail Kush for 2 months, I have to say the taste is VERY noticeable . . . . Immediate impression is an Earthy/Skunk flavor that simply overwhelms.

But by the 2nd hit you notice a pronounced FUEL taste . . . then it morphs into Lemon & Pine . . . prolly even some cheese in there too; by far the tastiest/ most complex herb I've ever smoked.

Close 2nd tastiest is K Train & Trainwreck . . ..

the effect of this outstanding herb is strong indica . . . not so much couch lock as confusing if overdone, nice euphoric touch also

just wanted to add this after curing; try some if you ever get the chance, the taste alone is worth it
