I recently got a few seeds from a friend. Some were of an unknown 50/50 indica sativa hybrid and the rest were "Holy Gold". My friend says the HG are a cross between Big Sur and Northern Lights but from what I can glean from Google the Holy Gold is a cross between Big Sur Holy Weed and Early Gold. I germinated 2 of each and one of the HG's is a male and both of the hybrids are female.
After 1 month of veg the Holy Gold is taller, darker green with fat fan leaves, has less odor and has a distinct Christmas tree shape.
The hybrids have a sweet aroma, slightly narrower leaves that are lighter green in color with a slight purple tinge and one has branches that are almost as well developed as the main stem giving it a more rounder bushier appearance. The other has been a bit of a runt from day one.
I'll be posting pics in the growing forum and providing a diary as they mature.
In the meantime if anyone has more information on the Holy Gold I would be appreciative.
