Hello again to all! I am having problems with high temp and low humidity. my temp goes from 78 to 84 but my humidity goes from 40's all the way down to 20 which from what i been reading is low. my problem is that if i put my humidifier in there it will get uncontrollably hot. at least that is my thoughts on it. can anyone give me some options to help me out please? thank you .

I've never used a humidifier that caused the heat to rise, though I have used vaporizers that do exactly that. If you're using a cool mist humidifier it should not add to the heat index. Outside of that, you can use a tray full of pebbles, wet towels hung up, that sort of thing should all help.

With my small grow a large bowl of water helps rise the humidity. Rastafari

You mentioned your room gets hot with a humidifier ?
Are you using a DE-humidifier by chance because these produce heat and take moisture out of the air, just a thought, not an insult.

Also, get a 5 gallon bucket of water and place in the room for higher RH or a smaller container that will fit your environment.
Good luck...

I don't think I've ever flowered at a humidity higher than 25% in all the places I've lived.

I wouldn't worry TOO much about it... but if you'd like to raise it up a bit try hanging a towel with the end in a bucket of water and a fan blowing on it. Make sure you check your RH constantly the first few days as you can reach high levels quite quickly.

Stay Safe! :blowbubbles:
