Hi humidity when lights off

I am getting high readings of 70-80% when lights are off. My temp is 59-62F. I have a 1 ton wall banger and a 8" Vortex exhaust.
Room is 490 c/ft and trying to exchange the air twice a min.
My CAP temp controller does the job of turning on the exhaust during lights on but if I turn the fan on during the lights off to exhaust the humidity...it'll be too cold.
Trying to find a single plug in controller that would take care off temp and humidity during lights off and on.
Only thing I could come up with is this;

What I want is to use the 8" instead of combination with ac (until deep into summer)
What do you guys do in this case?

Can't do much without a good dehumidifier, but with that said, I would rather have cold temps vs. High humidity..how cold do u think it would get? Do u have a speed controller? Maybe slow it down a lil?

yeah... I agree with what acridlab is saying...
hi RH will cause mold/PM probs, the alternative unless its freezing is better.
can you pull air from somewhere else
what's the sqft of your gro?
doesn't sound too big, is it a tent?

490c/ft or 70sq/ft. I have multiple rooms inside a large garage which is only heated by lights. Live in ME so its pretty darn cold but summer/spring is coming. Just got room B done of this flip flop.
They are in week 2 of flower and I wanted to keep the RH in the 70's until the end of stretch.
You guys are right...I'll either heat the room or keep er cold until warmer temps come around.
Thing is, the fan shuts off during lights off. The CAP temp controller is set for 80F. She reaches 60F during lights out.
I have some PC fans that I thought about pumping RH through some duct work to the other flip room and put it on a timer to come on when lights are out in room B. Maybe vice verse when room A is off.
Just looking for suggestions.

Using suitable light baffles & another fan, you can make both rooms have the same atmosphere. Just pump air from one room to the other, all the time, return air to the first room. One room needs to shed heat at the same time the other needs it. You may yet need a dehumidifier along with the AC, maybe a heater in the depths of winter.
