Hermie plant? I can't tell.

Hello all. Took this one plant out of the growroom because I suspected it was a male, but put it back a few days later when I was unsure. It doesn't have white hairs yet, but does look like it has some female traits (in pink). It Sort of looks like it has balls. Help would be greatly appreciated
