need to make sure im seeing things correctly...is this a herm...the pre flower on the left isnt spittin hairs like the one on the right...its 9 days into flowerin...im kinda confused, it looks like a female flower but w/o the hairs...is this a herm?

Mandala Sadhu...1st herm ive had with Mandala seeds, given ive only grown out 20 of em lol .... but the other females i grew out were all amazing, so i guess ill take this with a grain of salt, its just kills me to know my yeild for this harvest is already going down and its only the second week of bud, lol

Well genes do play a huge role in hermie's but also sometimes depending on the strain it ends up taking enviromental factors to bring out the hermie gene. Can you think about any stress the plant when through that might of caused it to hermie?

lol none at all, you can see the grow diary on those in my other thread....
those plants were treated like ****in gold...lol no stress what so ever, unless you call perfect conditions stressful!
thats what gets me, treated perfect and got a pure hermie....other grows ive had i treated like shit sometimes and i end up with no hermies...lol

I would admit to putin the plants thru stress if that was the case, and i wouldnt be as pissed....but since i know they got treated like queens it gets under my skin alot more....

nah, i killed the ****er, i got to many plants to worry about as it is lol, i cant have a pollen sack opening because even if just 1 of those open...my god ur going to have a seed party!!!!

Are you sure there is nothing that caused it? No light leaks? ph is pefect?

I am a little amazed, you don't read about mandala's stuff going hermie all that often. This is only the second time I have read about it.

I am still sexing my sadhus and I have female clones from a different grow in the wait to fill in the gaps from the males, this way I run at 100%!

yah im sure, when i set up my flower room i stood in it in the dark period, and i check for the leaks, nothing...ph has been quite stable, noting to drastic...most it would swing would be from 5.5 to 6.2 or so...

im so sad lol

in my expeirnece light leaks usually give me hermies later in flowering, when buds are starting to form...and my veg was under 24 lighting so no light leaks there lol

I wouldnt have been so hastey. I usually employ the 'two ball' rule when ID'ing herms. I want to see at least two nuts on diff nodes before I terminate the runner.

a flower that big if it was female is definetly should have spit hairs by then....im sure it was a herm...ive never once seen a female flower that big with no hairs comin from it, and it was also raised up on a stalk...so im 100% sure it was a male flower
and i CANNOT have a male flowering opening up in my flower room with 16 females flowering up
