It does look like a nanner, it's a little hard to tell but i'm pretty positive that is a nanner. try and get a better pic of the nanner itself, it's kind of blending in with a calyx in that picture, so you can't see the whole nanner (if it is one)
i found like 6 or 7 of those on the whole plant but it doesnt seem like pollen came out of em or anything....and the plant itself has no seed developement....but its alot safer to chop it then for the sake of the rest of my crop?
Since it's early into flowering, they will probably start coming out of the woodworks especially if they have alot of stress put on them. You can try cutting the ones you see off, and just keep flowering her but if you have other females i suggest pulling her...it's better to chop one plant than to pollinate your whole crop.
Once those nanners pop open, your going to atleast have some seeds in your bud, it depends on how many male flowers there are though.
Are there any light leaks or anything else causing stress? stress is usually what causes hermies, so try and cut down on any stress if you can. Make sure your temps are correct, theres no light stress, no light leaks, etc. I've found that hermies will slow down putting out male flowers, or revert back to female completely if the light leaks, etc. are fixed.
