Hermi or banana? Or what??

I'm on the first day of week 2 for my cookies and everything is looking fine and healthy except on 2 tops I'm seeing seeds growing... I've checked every other top and I haven't seen any other seed growth or ball sacks. Basically what I'm asking is, will these pollinate the rest of my garden? And if these are just seeds growing, should I leave them? And would they be feminized..?

Those look like balls which would indicate an early hermie. They have not dropped pollen yet so you don't need to worry about that. Cull it. Monitor the rest. Stress can cause this. Can you think of any environmental stressors you put on it?

What kind of cookie cut is it?

You can also just wait and see. I have two cookies cuts blooming right now, one inside and one outside, same cut. They look like different plants, my indoor coco plant threw a nanner but just the one and its %99 looking good so I'm keeping it. My OD plant isn't doing it as far as I can tell but I keep my distance, I can't compete with all those bugs but once a week, in and out and shower. Its a jungle out there.

Nah...waiting and seeing is a bad idea... you can see both male and female sexual development. That thing will drop pollen if not culled. You dont want your others to get pollinated.

Check for light leaks.

It's just a bag seed cookie strain, it was an amazing pheno tho and smoked flawlessly. I was exstatic when I found the seed. I wouldn't my AC went out for about 30 hours in my room and it got up to 91 degrees Fahrenheit, other than that I can't think of any environmental stress... I'm using a Kind LED 300w in my flower tent and everything else on her looks awesome.
