Dude you already said it.... chop chop and start again if you are in it for commercial gain. If all you want is some gooey bud to toke then keep them around let them finish out, de-seed and toke down. Maybe you can make hash with the de-seeded buds if you don't like the way they look afterward.

I chopped my last grow because I found a couple of nanners. I honestly think the small undeveloped seeds were more trouble than the big ones would have been as far as picking them out and what not. I agree with RevolutionX's plan.

First of all, if a plant is pollinated then the only thing affected is yield, not potency. As for the brown bud it looks dry. Do you have good ventiliation? If the underneath is thick and not getting good air flow it suffocates the buds. I would get a fan blowing air through the bottom of the plants and cut off some of that needless undergrowth.
